1.How do I place orders?
You can place your order by shopping cart, or email. By email, just send to
bagsebay@gmail.com to indicate which bags you want to buy, with product
name/model, quantities, preferably with pictures. Once we receive your order, we
will check if in stock for you. If you agree, you can make your full payment via
Western Union, MoneyGram, credit card. We will send your bags once we get the money.
2.Are your bags real leather?
All our designs follow the exact specification used by the original designers. If
the bags are meant to be leather, they will be. Because we use the same materials as
the designers.
3.Do your handbags have proper serial numbers and the right tags?
Yes. All of our bags are shipped with the same accessories and extras as the
authentic handbags, including: serial numbers, date codes, original dust bags, tags,
etc.
4.Do you have custom other designers handbags or purses?
Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will
contact you for further discussions.
5.How long does it take to ship?
Shipping takes from 5 to 9 days for anywhere in the world. We will provide you with
a tracking number within 48 hours of your order, so that you can track the progress
of your shipment online. Please be advised that there is a delay of up to 5 days
before the shipping company updates the information on their website. If you are away from home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left on your door, and the
package will be available for pickup at your nearest post office. Shipping is
Guaranteed.
6.Why doesn't my tracking number work?
Because we ship our products out of Guan Zhou, China, it usually takes 4-5 days
before the package is relayed by Chinese courier to your country’s courier. As
a result, tracking is impossible for the first 4-5 days. Once the product arrives in
your country, you will be able to track it. To find out which website you should
track your package with, visit: www.postoffice.com, or consult the instructions we
included in our e-mail with the tracking number. If you experience any difficulties,
please do not hesitate to contact us.
7.How do I make sure that your shipping guarantee works?
We only use express shipping that is a week to 10 days long and delivery is
guaranteed. We can guarantee you that 99% of our shipments get to their destination
with no problems from customs. We avoid custom charges by shipping all our items
marked at very low value and use special packaging to avoid customs hassle. If
however your item is stopped and investigated by customs we will ship another one
immediately at no charge to you.
8.What are your guarantees?
We have complete confidence in the quality of our merchandise and guarantee your
100% satisfaction. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply
return it by courier for a hassle-free total refund. For full refund, you must
return your product(s), new and unworn, within seven days of receipt. The return
shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. You must also provide us with a
tracking number before a replacement or refund can be issued. We do not issue a re-
stocking fee. We are here to help: if you have any questions about returns you can
contact us anytime.
9.How can I return my bags for a refund or exchange?
To have a return request processed you will simply need to send us an e-mail with
the details of your order and the products you would like to return. In order for
us to process a replacement or refund you will have to return the products you
received at your own expense and provide us with a tracking number for the return
package. We do not charge a restocking fee.
10.How do your wholesale deals work?
We offer 40% wholesale discount for all purchases of 5 items and more. In order to
receive our wholesale discounts, simply purchase any 5 bags and from there the
discount will be automatically calculated. Our free express shipping still applies
to wholesale orders. We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, your order will
arrive within 10 business days.
11.Is it possible to buy a sample for wholesale price?
nfortunately we cannot sell a single bag at a wholesale price. We can, however,
suggest that you make your first purchase at retail price. Once you’ve seen
our product and are ready to buy more, we will refund the difference from your first
purchase on your wholesale order.
The photos included on our site are of a random sampling from our own stock. The bag
you receive will be identical to the one displayed in the picture.
